How do I verify my doctor credentials?
During signup, select 'Yes' when asked if you are a doctor. Your profile will be marked as a medical professional, and additional verification features are being developed.
Can I offer pro bono services through the platform?
Yes! TALMedora facilitates connections between doctors who want to provide pro bono services and patients in need. You can indicate your availability for pro bono work on your profile.
How does the referral system work?
Each user has a unique referral code. Share your code with colleagues — when they sign up using your code, you both get connected and the referral is tracked on your dashboard.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Click the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select 'Report.' Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from Settings. This will permanently remove your profile and all associated data from the platform.
