    TALMedora facilitates connections between healthcare professionals for pro bono services. The Platform serves as a networking tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical interactions are between the healthcare providers and patients directly. Touch-A-Life Foundation is not liable for the quality or outcome of any medical services arranged through the Platform.

    7. Medical Tourism

    Information about medical tourism on TALMedora is provided for networking and informational purposes only. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when seeking or providing medical tourism services. The Platform does not guarantee the qualifications, credentials, or quality of any healthcare provider.

    8. Intellectual Property

    The TALMedora platform, including its design, logos, features, and functionality, is owned by Touch-A-Life Foundation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TALMedora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Touch-A-Life Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
