    Child Safety Standards

    Last updated: July 2026

    1. Our Commitment

Touch-A-Life Foundation ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TALMedora platform, a professional network intended solely for verified healthcare professionals and adults aged 18 and over. TALMedora is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or use our services.

Nevertheless, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This page describes the standards, safeguards, and reporting mechanisms we have put in place to keep our platform free of such content and conduct.

    2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for, any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. This includes, without limitation:

    • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, text, or links.
    • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor.
    • Sexualization of minors, including through captions, comments, or messages.
    • Promotion, facilitation, or normalization of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
    • Trafficking, endangerment, or any other harm to children.

Any account found engaging in these activities is permanently banned, and confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

    3. How We Prevent and Address Abuse

    • Adults-only platform: Registration is restricted to healthcare professionals and adults; accounts identified as belonging to minors are removed.
    • Content moderation: Our moderation team reviews reported content and takes action against violations of these standards.
    • Reporting tools: Every post, profile, comment, and message can be reported in-app for review.
    • Enforcement: Violating content is removed and offending accounts are suspended or permanently banned.
    • Legal reporting: Suspected CSAE and CSAM are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law.

    4. How to Report Abusive Content

We provide multiple ways to report content or behavior that may violate these standards. Reports are treated confidentially and reviewed promptly.

    • In-app reporting: Use the Report option available on any post, profile, comment, or message. Select the reason for your report and submit it — our moderation team is notified immediately.
    • Email: Report suspected child safety violations directly to our safety team at support@touchalife.org. Please include links, usernames, and any relevant details.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services right away.

    5. Compliance with Applicable Laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and we cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies in investigations relating to child safety. Our practices are designed to meet the standards set out by the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy for applications in the Social Networking category.

    6. Child Safety Contact
