    One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that there is a fixed timeline for every couple trying to conceive. There isn't. Every couple is different, and so is every fertility journey. For many years, the common advice was simple: try naturally for one year, and if pregnancy doesn't happen, then seek medical help. While that recommendation still applies in some situations, our approach today has become much more individualized. I often encourage couples to come for a preconception consultation, even before they start trying for a pregnancy. Why? Because planning for a healthy pregnancy isn't just about conception. It's about understanding your overall health before you begin the journey. Some couples are young and healthy, and everything may be perfectly normal. Others may have medical condition
