Master Your Mind: How to Beat Stress, Sleep Better, and Reclaim Your Health We Think We're Fine. We're Not. Most of my patients walk in saying the same thing: "Doctor, I'm sleeping well and eating well, but I still feel exhausted all the time." And every time I hear that, I gently push back.
