    CDC Investigates Infant Botulism Cases Linked to Recalled Infant Formula The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is investigating a multistate outbreak of infant botulism potentially linked to Nara Organics Whole Milk Organic Infant Formula. As of June 13, 2026, three cases have been reported in infants aged 2 to 5 months from California, Pennsylvania, and Washington. All three infants consumed the formula, were hospitalized, and received BabyBIG®, the FDA-approved treatment for infant botulism. No deaths have been reported
